Do You Have a Flag Project

One of the things I've always loved about the Union Jack is that fact that it's a composite of different flags, the English St. George's Cross, the Irish St. Patrick's Cross and the Scottish St. Andrew's cross (the Welsh have been omitted from the flag completely for some reason).

I was thinking of getting the pupils to have a go at is making a custom flag based on their own heritage. I've put together a few examples for them.
